PARENT PORTAL

Our Customer Portal gives you online access to all of our programs. You can use it to register for classes, book a party, enroll in camps, make a payment, update your payment information and manage your account preferences. In order to use our customer portal, simply create an account! Once logged in, you will be able to use the portal at your convenience.

AUTO-PAYMENT POLICY

We do require a form of auto payment to be on file on your account. We will automatically charge your preferred payment method for your monthly tuition. Tuition is drafted on the first business day of each month. We require that all accounts have a credit card or checking account on file for billing purposes. We do not accept checks, however, we do accept cash. Read our cash payment policy to learn more.

CASH PAYMENT POLICY
You may still pay for your tuition in cash however as stated above we do still require a form of auto payment to be on file. We charge tuition on the first business day of each month therefore, you must make your cash payment before the 1st of the month to avoid having tuition charged to your method of auto-payment on file. (i.e. make a cash payment for May tuition at the end of April before we process the auto-payments on May 1st).

DROP POLICY
We require a two week written notice before the upcoming month in order to cancel your enrollment and auto-payment.

(i.e. before May 15th in order to avoid being charged tuition for June). Drop notice must be in the form of writing. We do not accept phone calls, notifying your instructor, etc. as a form of dropping your enrollment.
